Medications and vet rides, handled to your vet's instructions

Medications given to your vet's instructions, rides to vet appointments, and the litter box and yard kept clean.

Who gives the dose when you can't get away from work?

A missed dose and a vet appointment you can't get to during the work day are the same problem: you're needed in two places at once. Rick and Cate cover the one you can't be at.

Pets do best when the routine stays the same, and a medication schedule is part of the routine. Whether it's a senior dog needing extra patience or a cat on a strict schedule, we have you covered.

How a medication visit and a vet ride work

We are experienced in giving medications and following detailed health instructions from your vet. We follow your instructions for feeding and exercise to the letter, and we're comfortable with special diets too.

For the pet taxi, tell us the details of the vet visit before booking so we can give you a proper price range. We also need to know whether we're taking your pet from your house to the vet, from the vet back to your house, or both ways. The price is set by distance.

While we're in your home we keep the litter box and the yard clean. Take Me Out Pets is fully bonded and insured, and our team is trained in pet CPR and first aid, so we're ready for any situation.

How will you know the dose was given?

We send photos and updates during our visits, so you can see for yourself that your pet is happy and well-cared for. You're not left wondering whether the pill went down.

A Warwick neighbor wrote on Nextdoor about the greyhounds Rick walked while they recovered from surgery: “The girls loved him, giving him kisses when he came to get them!” Recovery is when a steady, trusted visitor counts most.

Call Rick on (401) 527-0035 with the medication schedule or the appointment details. We start with a meet and greet at your home, so the first dose isn't the first time your pet meets us.
